Client Data Ownership

100% of pipeline data, customer communications, CRM records, and business workflows remain the exclusive intellectual and commercial property of the client.

Information We Collect

Limited strictly to business contact details, operational diagnostic intake data, and telemetry required to support deployed infrastructure.

Telephony and Communication Streams

Voice recordings, transcripts, and messaging logs handled via VOX or integrated PBX tools are stored within dedicated client databases and never utilized for generalized model training without explicit consent.

Third-Party Infrastructure

We configure client databases on trusted cloud providers (AWS, Supabase, Google Cloud, Meta Cloud API) directly under client or isolated enterprise accounts.
