To use Inuio Business in Cloud, you must register first. After registering, you can log in to your account and start using the service.

Inuio may assume that all actions performed on your account after logging in with your username and password are allowed and overseen by you. This means that you are responsible for these acts unless and until you notify us that someone else has your password.

You indemnify and keep harmless Inuio against any claims made by third parties in connection with this Act.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for services purchased directly through Inuio.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Consulting services that have been delivered.
  • Subscription to Inuio Business in Cloud.

Processing of Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Inuio for services that have been partially used or completed. The amount refunded will be proportional to the unused portion of the service.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without warning or liability for any reason, including breaching these Terms and Conditions.

Your right to use the Service shall end immediately upon termination. To end your account, simply stop using the service.

Changes to Terms

Inuio reserves the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions and rates at any time.

Inuio will notify you of any changes or additions to the service at least 30 days before they become effective.

If you do not agree to a change or addition, you may terminate the agreement until the changes take effect. Using Inuio after the date of effect constitutes acceptance of the revised or new terms and conditions.
